Retreats

     Each year it is my intention to provide select retreats to expand your personal and spiritual growth.

      This year there are two offerings.

​

     A  retreat in Wisconsin at a very special retreat center.  Cedar Valley is a location I have chosen for the past 24 years.  It has a wonderful history with the native people and is a sacred site.

​

     The second location this year is Hot Springs, Ak.  It not only provides us with the experience of the crystals but also the hot mineral baths.

​

       It is my intention to provide you with an experience you will not only enjoy.....but also grow from.
